Lt. Gen. Kenneth A. Minihan, Chairman of the Board 
Kenneth A. Minihan, Lt. General (Ret) USAF, a Principal at Paladin Homeland Security Fund, L.P., was the Director of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service. During his military service at the national level, Lt. General Minihan demonstrated a long history of making new technologies operational and implementing leading edge services and products in a competitive environment where lives were often at risk. He has a history of exceeding expectations for performance and timeliness. During the last twenty years of the Cold War and the transition to the Information Age, he was instrumental in the definition and selection of technology solutions to solve the most difficult national security information needs. Throughout that time, Lt. General Minihan helped set the performance standards for information enterprise operations.
Since leaving government service in 1999, he has served on a number of Boards and Associations at the national level. Lt. General Minihan is the Chairman and President of the Security Affairs Support Association, which focuses on shared government and industry national intelligence and technology challenges. He also is a member of the Air Force Association, the National Military Intelligence Association and other national organizations.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors, the Board of Advisors and otherwise consults with a significant number of early stage technology, security and infrastructure service companies. Lt. General Minihan has substantial experience in fund raising, enterprise operations, business development and business readiness assurance. While at the National Security Agency, he was instrumental in the definition and implementation of the National Information Assurance Program. He devotes considerable attention to and consults on national security affairs.

Mike Moniz, Member, Board of Directors
Mr. Moniz has been a Managing Director with Paladin Capital Group since 2001. He is also the cofounder, President and CEO of Circadence Corporation, a leading provider of advanced IT solutions designed to optimize networks to create smarter, faster, and more secure infrastructures. In 2008, Circadence was ranked #1 in the Deloitte Colorado Fast 50, and ranked 37th and 95th in the Deloitte Fast 500 in 2008 and 2009, respectively. Over the past two decades Mr. Moniz has founded and exited several notable high-tech companies including VR-1, Inc. and Online Network Enterprises. An experienced private equity investor, he also serves as a founding Managing Director with Sage Canyon Advisors, a middle market investment bank focused on providing merger and acquisition advisory services for corporate and privately-held companies. Mr. Moniz holds Series 7, 24, 62 and 79 licenses.
Mr. Moniz sits on several corporate and non-profit boards including Quantalife, Inc., Crossbow Technology, ClearCube Technology, Northern Therapeutics and the ATLAS Institute at the University of Colorado. Mr. Moniz was twice named a finalist in Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year awards and was featured in New York Times best-selling author Debra Benton’s How to Act Like a CEO. He is an avid alpinist and was recognized as one of National Geographic’s 2010 Ultimate Adventurers.
Amir Husain, President, CEO and Member, Board of Directors
Amir Husain is the Chief Executive Officer of VDIworks responsible for strategy, marketing and product development. Prior to joining VDIworks, Amir was CTO at ClearCube where he spearheaded the strategic development of cutting-edge centralized desktop computing solutions and products.
Prior to ClearCube, Amir founded infraManage, a systems management software company that merged with ClearCube in 2002. Earlier, he was also a founder of Kurion, a Web services company and inventor of its proprietary technology. Kurion was later acquired by iSyndicate. Amir is the inventor of ClearCube’s patented and proprietary Distributed Computing Infrastructure and he holds more than a dozen filed and awarded patents and has authored numerous papers published in international conferences and journals.
Amir holds degrees in Computer Sciences from the Punjab Institute of Computer Sciences and the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Board of Advisors at several Texas-based technology startups, and Alif Laila Children’s Educational Society, a non-profit organization based in Lahore, Pakistan which is funded by about 30 international institutions including the United Nations.
